Fat, exhausted, grey mess...help!!

I need an overhaul. I am a mess because I have literally no time to look after myself. I missed a night out with friends tonight that I would have enjoyed as am looking and feeing yuck and exhausted. I’ve spent it lying on the sofa.
I’m on 80 hours of work so far this week, I don’t have time to breathe. Clearly I need to work less but where do I start to turn this around. I’m craving exercise but am too tired to do it, the thought of going out for a run when I get in at 10pm makes me want to cry. I’m exhausted, I’m a mess. I haven’t shaved my legs for a month. How do I turn this around, I’m ageing rapidly!!
Has anyone been in this situation and have tips? Easy wins?

Holy fuck! 80 hours?! In the words of The Dixie Chicks, "there's your trouble"!

Do you want to lose weight? I’ve changed my eating and have more energy and a clearer mind. But of course it’s no sugar. No alcohol.

Sounds like you need to slow down before you burn out.

How about some relaxing yoga at home following a YouTube video.

Start doing some relaxing home treatments when you get in, a face mask, hair treatment.

You can paint your nails at home in the evening.

Go shopping with a friend and try on clothes and colours that are outside your comfort zone.

Book a hair appointment in your very limited time off, or get a mobile hairdresser to come to you.

Can you reduce your hours first of all?! 80 is dreadful. Shock

And book a couple of days off before xmas. One to sleep and on the other get a personal shopper and get hair/nails done?
