I’ve read some amazing advice on these boards and I’d love to have your views - I think! 😂.
So, I’m super scruffy! And currently overweight (ok, obese) - mainly meds induced and I hate it. But I could improve my look.
BUT - I am super lazy about self care - don’t make time, too busy , usual excuses. So what can i do that’s easy, not time consuming, that i will stick to!
I’m 5’7, size 18 - should be hourglass but current v big tummy too. Clothes - i WFH and live in yoga trousers, sweatshirts and north face tent mules. When i see clients or go to meetings, I wear jersey dresses, snag tights, boots etc. That’s ok i think - I have sensory issues so clothes have to be v v soft!
It’s face, hair, nails more. Just to feel good and groomed. Hair - it’s boob length, haven’t had it cut for months and normally just have a trim. It’s brown with greying corners ( nice!) not dyed. Can you tell I’m not fond of hair or beauty treatments! 😂. I brush it (most) mornings and bung it in a pony tail which I invariably pull out a few hours later because it is hurting my head.
Face - only wear make up to see clients and have basic mascara, foundation, lipstick that I’ve had for years. I’ve got blue eyes, good skin (mid forties), face is nice albeit plump atm. Teeth are yellowy despite best efforts. I wash face with naice soap and use moisturiser when i remember.
Nails are crap - squat fingers, short square nails and I pick them! 🙈🙈
So tell me, what can this fat, lazy bird do to redeem herself! 😂😂😀
