Wide Calf Wellies Reccys, Please?

With good traction. I am willing to invest in a good pair but seeing the high end brands put me off when they're up to £200! I'm also thinking if the warm ones are a good idea too, but I want these for all-year round use for muddy walks. Winter walks are especially treacherous with deep slidey declines in the country. Thanks

I’ve got ridiculous calves and big feet and I bought some aigle wellies a couple years ago. Best bloody investment ever! Not sure of the name of them but they are dark slushy green with a burgundy kind of trim and an adjustable buckle. I think they were around £140?? Anyway they’re great and very comfy and warm.

Oh and I also wore them constantly at a festival in the summer with bare feet!!

Possibly they might be these ones. I’m not sure because I bought them from a local farming type shop

Muckboots are the best but pricey.

I haven't really got the chance to try any of these out, and so I'll be buying these online. How about Le Chameau, are they first wide calves?

I don’t know. The guy in the shop suggested these to me as being the widest yet comfiest ones. They do sell the le chameaux ones in the shop yet he didn’t recommend them to me so I assume these are the better fit for those wide of calf

I've got wide calves and I have muck boots like this. They are incredibly comfortable and very warm. I walk my dog through muddy fields and inclines in them. I'd never wear a regular wellie again.

I've got some wide Hunters which are ok and some wide Warm well company boots- which I love! Super comfortable and warm!
