Strapless bra that works but doesn't give you back fat

Hello

Ordered a few from next and they are all useless. I've either got nipples down near my bellybutton or I have major armpit fat.

Does the perfect strapless bra exist? Tempted by the wonderbra with the hands....but I don't want to spend that much if it's not worth it

All help appreciated

Are you wearing the correct size?

lolbrador · 26/11/2019 22:00

Thanks for replying!
Yeah, I think so. I was measured not that long ago. It just seems that I feel like I need a strapless bra to be tighter to sit where I want it, and then I get the back fat! And if it's looser I feel like they're droopy

Corset or bustier!

dementedpixie · 26/11/2019 22:02

Where did you get measured? Back fat may suggest your cup size is too small. What bra size do you wear? What is your dress size?

Hoolahlah66 · 26/11/2019 22:02

I got the wonder bra for my wedding. It’s amazing and well worth the money. I would recommend going a cup size up to what you normally wear though.

@dementedpixie measured in marks and Spencer's. 34dd and. Size 10/12 clothes Smile

I have the strapless wonderbra and that works for me, although I'm not blessed with big boobs

dementedpixie · 27/11/2019 10:11

I bet you arent 34DD at that dress size. M&S are known to add inches to the back which gives you a cup that is too small.

booborbust.com try measuring according to this and see if you get the same size

KatharinaRosalie · 27/11/2019 10:22

a) I also bet you aren't 34DD. If that's M&S measurement you're probably more like a 30FF.
b) wonderbra Ultimate is the best. Better if you can go try it on, as the sizing is a bit odd. Try 32 back to start with if you're 10-12.

I had the Wonderbra Ultimate strapless for years. It was amazing - kept everything in place. I did size up though and it was still pretty grippy.

I broke it in the end. too much wear.

I did buy a pack of two from Next. They are multiways - but the strapless aspet is pretty supportive. Very comfortable too.

Agree that you should re-measure yourself. I would not say you are a 34DD if you wear a size 10 on top.

I'm 34DD, but for strapless I went to 32E and chose one with a very wide back band (to hide the bulging fat bits)... like 4 or 5 hooks instead of the usual 2. I think I got it from Bravissimo many years ago. I'll see if they still have it.

thenightsky · 27/11/2019 10:40

Nope, Bravissimo don't seem to have the one I bought originally. I'll see if the label is still readable on it and get back to you.
