Teeth whitening?

Has anyone had this done (at a dentist), would you recommend it? Was the before/after shade worth it and did it increase your sensitivity?

There seems to be so many options - eg laser, in dental practice with trays, take home kits with trays etc - which is the most effective? What is the average cost?

Sorry for all the questions!

I had laser followed by trays and yes it made a difference! £350 but that included the trays so now it's £50 for 3 syringes when I top up
Laser was a little sensitive, trays can be but use sensodyne rapid repair, smear on and leave it (don't rinse)

Thank you! That seems like a very good price for both laser and trays, that’s the sort of price I’m looking at for just one option eg Zoom laser alone!

Thanks for the sensodyne tip!
