Beginning to feel the seasonal frazzle, can you share your quick-fix self care tips please?

For me it is about things like I get up a little earlier to enjoy a cuppa by myself. I have also just bought nice bubble bath and I plan a bath in as an appointment with myself. I also get out my nice outfits with bags and shoes easy to hand in the wardrobe as I often reach for 'safe' things then regret not wearing my nicer stuff but am always in a rush at this time of year so I make it the easy option. I also make the effort to properly style my hair in the morning- only takes me about an extra 10 mins but I feel better for it

Deep conditioning treatment whilst cleaning the bathroom or sorting kitchen stuff in the morning.
Face mask before putting pjs on early.
Sitting in bed in the eve reading/planning.
Using the best - don’t save anything!

Sitting in bed in the eve reading/planning

Ooh yeah I do this as well

I have a Sunday night routine which allows me to ease into Monday less awkwardly.

Before I shower I do a clay face mask. Wash hair and do a hair mask, shave, use a posh body scrub.

Follow up with a hydrating sheet mask and really rich body butter.

Final step is to rough dry hair and then put it up into foam rollers.

I can roll out of bed on Monday and save time. No need to shower. Makeup straight on face which is nice and moistured. Brush out curls and my hair is good to go. Make up, outfit that I always choose the night before and I'm ready to conquer!

@Crotchet I like that idea of making an appointment with yourself.
Thanks for your input all x

I keep to regular hair appointments and gel polishes
Also as others have said schedule own beauty appointments eg for me Sunday evening is long bath, face pack, hair treatment, ex foliate etc
Otherwise I just sideline it and then wish I hadn’t
