What scarf would you want if someone was going to buy you a scarf for Christmas?

I know scarves, especially “indoor scarves” are not necessarily flavour of the month on S&B but my father wants to know what to get me for Christmas and I’m getting a bit of a yen for a really nice new scarf.

So what would you get? Indoor or outdoor, cheap or spendy, what would you like under the tree from the Christmas Scarf Fairy? Don’t worry about what I might want, just throw some ideas out to inspire me please.

Cashmere in winter white, pale pink, or cream/pink/pale apricot.

For practical purposes I only really like circular neck scarfs these days. I wear them inside and don’t care; they warm me up and make me feel snuggly.

Most of mine are from Seasalt but I don’t like their longer circle ones that wrap a couple of times - for me they sit weirdly, unlike their woolly, single tube ones that fall beautifully, at least for my neck line.
