Hello all

I am heading on a city break next week and fancy a new cross body bag - probably something nylon and ideally something in the style of day birger et mikkelsen or longchamp le pliage... Does anyone have any ideas? Will be freezing and wearing big winter clothes incl puffa coat so doesn't have to be too elegant hence me thinking of a more casual nylon option...

Thanks!

Longchamp would my choice all day long . Are you looking for something cheaper?

curlytops21 · 22/11/2019 21:55

Well ideally yes but mostly as I'm looking for a cross body style bag but I think you can only get longchamp cross bodies in leather, whereas it's more the le pliage style (and price point!) I'm after right now.

Any suggestions?

Anything in Fossil?

On The Purse Forum Longchamp forum they convert the smallest Le Pliage to x-body by punching holes in the end tabs , adding rivers and a long strap . Very successfully from what I have seen . Rivet kits on eBay .

I have this in black www.longchamp.com/gb/en/products/crossbody-bag-L1676578006.html

It’s pretty tough, as it’s been swung around a lot. I’ve had it 18 months and it’s still great.

Nice Longdistance . I would be very tempted if they had a brown one .

Thanks - will check out Radley and fossil. Not looked at them before. Speckledyhen that's pretty impressive but a bit desperate to get a cross body bag isn't it!? Don't think I would trust myself.

I love that neo longdistance - thanks for sharing. I hadn't planned on spending that much but you've got me thinking!
