Under the skin spots on chin. Help!

Oh those fuckers. They come by surprise and never leave.

My skin is a war zone and I need help please!

They're always on my chin and making me incredibly self conscious.

Not on any hormonal contraception
18 month old DD
28 years old

Can someone recommend anything that I can use to help keep these buggers away? Or is this my life now?
