Tell me about them! Any good? Quality? Shopping online experience, returns etc?

I can't say about returns as have never had to send anything back, but have bought several pairs of slippers and a pair of ugg-type boots and have always found the quality to be excellent.

They sent me a dress falling apart at the seams. I didn’t get my delivery charge refunded even though I was sent a faulty item. I was not impressed with their customer communication either. I haven’t bought anything from them since.

Ordered sheepskin slippers but they were cut so badly it looked like my feet were deformed.

Had a jumper, that was cold wash and it shrank to the size of something a 4 year old would were (this was after it had been washed a couple of times & in with other woolens which came out fine).

All their gear looks lovely but ... just not sure its worth the expense, which is a shame.

Slippers. (but get the booties, not the toscana ones as the sole is thin on these ones - check the reviews)
Tall black toscana boots which look good and are super toasty.
Children's booties are lovely, and actually worn not pulled or kicked off.

My boots have been in the washing machine several times and look good.

Easy to deal with. Not returned anything so far.
I'm not sure I'd buy clothes from them.

Really good, bought slippers, tshirts and jumpers from them.

All wash well (incl the slippers!)

I've not bought much. Quality good, but clothes enormous. Returns been dealt with promptly. No complains.

Think they have a good rating on trustpilot and use a cashback referral service, you get 5% back.

I've had a pair of their bootee slippers for about 4 years now. Still in good nick; been in the washing machine a few times.

I've got two of their jumpers, one bought new and one secondhand. Both excellent - look good and have worn and washed well. I've contacted customer service a couple of times to ask about sizing and garment measurements and they've always been helpful.
