As the title says- I’m after fab PJ but cotton not maade as it’s ahem sweaty..,, it’s a Christmas tradition each year to get a new pair...
I like the hush leopard ones but they’re flannel so probably a bit warm
Gap was always my go to but nothing online atm and my local store closed....
I want- woven bottoms- top can be anything but must be long sleeve
Good patterns- ideally clashing pink & red, contempt leopard, stars, modern checked etc neon, red, black, navy, etc all fine
NO slogans, nothing twee, cute, pastel.
Any ideas? Everything I’ve liked has been maade 😭

Now, don't laugh. I'm not even going to tell you in advance what shop this is because you'll think 'that's for old ladies'. But I was buying a present for my MIL and discovered that they do great pyjamas. Very much at the opposite end of the spectrum to Hush though!

If you’ve got £££ have a look at Desmond and Dempsey.

Girlintheframe · 19/11/2019 06:51

Cath kidson have some nice ones

I’ve got M&S boys pyjamas in age 15-16. They’re the nicest I’ve ever had Blush

I absolutely HATE cuffed ankles on pyjamas -
as do both dc - and 95% of pyjamas these days have them which is very frustrating. Ditto polyester Angry

The White Company.

Lands End?

Joules have some lovely woven bottoms, have a look.

bsc · 19/11/2019 08:44

I like muji pyjamas... but many of them are flannel, but I like to be toasty! It's not heavy flannel, very light and I don't sweat in them.
Sainsbury's also do surprisingly good pyjamas, but you do have to wade through the polyester/character crap to find the classic, cotton stuff. They have some nice teal ones at the moment- plaid bottoms, plain top. Also some not-too-OTT Christmas pairs.

£150 for PJs Shock Shock Shock

Herocomplex · 19/11/2019 09:05

I know @AnotherEmma mind-boggling isn’t it!

Lemond1fficult · 19/11/2019 09:28

Uniqlo have a revolving selection pure cotton, fleece and viscose ones. So it's a lottery, but worth it when they're good. Cheap too.

www.cyberjammies.co.uk/

local dept store sells these and I always pick up a few pairs in the sales.

AnotherEmma · 19/11/2019 10:15

Something else on my wish list for PJs (apart from 100% cotton) is being able to buy separates. I am a different size top/trousers so PJ sets aren't ideal.

RacheyCat · 19/11/2019 12:47

Do you have Zara Home? I always lust after their nightwear because it's so cotton-y and pretty. Or Oysho?

Herocomplex · 19/11/2019 14:17

I bought a nightdress from Zara Home, my DH laughed when he saw it, and asked why I was wearing a shroud. It was a lovely pale dusty pink, and was really wafty and cool. Oh well.

isabellerossignol · 19/11/2019 14:19

You can get 100% cotton separates in Primark of all places.

AnotherEmma · 19/11/2019 14:24

I've been needing new PJs for ages and this thread has spurred me on to find some!

I've just treated myself to a pair each from Boden and White Stuff (both separates and cotton) 👍

I like the teal pyjama set from Sainsbury's but I would have to buy 2 sets in different sizes to get a top and bottom that both fit.

AnotherEmma · 19/11/2019 14:30

(If anyone else wants to order from White Stuff, I have a referral link for 20% - let me know and I'll PM you)

MistressMind · 19/11/2019 14:38

Sainsbury's usually have reasonably priced ones in 100% cotton, but they do sell out. I've just bought some red and white check ones from there, but you might find those a bit boring.

AnotherEmma · 19/11/2019 14:57

@WingingWonder
You mentioned Hush, did you see that they have a couple of designs which are cotton (not flannel)? Fish print and green star:
