Stress Rash/Hives on Neck

Does anyone else ever get this? Whenever I feel stressed it shows almost immediately on my skin and I erupt (mainly on my neck) with a bright red almost birthmark like rash. It stings and is itchy and drives me crazy. Also when I feel it coming on I also get more stressed about it and that on turn makes it worse Envy

Does anyone else get this and if so how on earth do you keep it at bay/treat it?

Thank you

I get this too. Antihistamines will do the trick. Maybe ask your gp.

@MoltonSilver is yours due to stress and which antihistamines do you recommend and how fast do they work?

I get hives too and take antihistamines - any will do . I get also or Asda own
Don’t work instantly though . In fact I tend to take one every morning just in case at the moment !

I only get hives periodically, when theres something particularly stressful going on, so I just take any antihistamine that I happen to have in the house. Ds has an ongoing problem with them and the gp told him to take antihistamines everyday and not to wait for the hives to appear. Any brand seems to work.
