Black Adidas Stan Smiths, yes or no?

I've got an ongoing problem with my foot and struggle with shoes and boots. I've got a pair of white Stan Smiths which are super comfortable but I was wondering whether to get a black pair or if they look awful. They'd be to wear with black jeans or trousers for work as I think the white ones stand out too much (I do have smart shoes and boots if necessary but they make my foot hurt).

My 21yo DD hates having sore and uncomfortable feet and loves Stan Smiths. She has white ones and black ones and both look great. She wears them to her work in a pub with wide leg trousers or jeans and they look fine.

I am on my third pair of black Stan Smiths - small, very wide feet here. I wear them for work a lot, either with short skirts and opaque tights, or with cropped wide trousers. I have the white ones too. Another style that works well for me is the Continental 80, which might be worth a look - they come in loads of colours.

I was just going to recommend the Continental 80 too but I see a pp has beat me to it - I swapped to them from gazelles and much prefer them. Comfier and a bit cooler, I think - but what do I know!
