can you help me find winter coats for fat arms?!

Hiya, I need help!

I need a couple of winter coats actually as my current coats are well past their decent-looking life

I want a waterproof one for everyday and more of a wool/duffel style that I could wear out/to work.

I want them both to be thigh length and fairly casual, I'm not very comfortable in dead formal even when it is a formal occasion

I'm a large 16. the trouble I find though is comfort around my upper arms, which are too big!

also, I don't like up and down coats. I like them 'flared' over my bum

I don’t know about the arms but I have an older coat from mantaray- warmest I’ve had. Like this
