Something more fashion forward for hourglass shake?

I'm on mat leave at the moment but invited to my work Xmas do. I need to buy something new but am stuck. I live in jeans and trainers at the moment!

I'm a typical hourglass shape - size 16, big boobs and tall.

I usually default to some sort of bodycon dress but want to look younger (am the youngest by some distance on my team at 33) and more fashion forward but no idea where to look or what sort of thing.

Any suggestions?!?!

I saw an advert for a gorgeous dress from Silkfred - I'll see if I can find it. If I was going on a Christmas do, I would definitely buy one.

The video had a tall slim model and a plus size one and they both looked amazing!
