Uniqlo thermal top

I have an amazing coat and love the quality. I ordered a, can't remember the name heat something, lightweight thermal top. I love it but the stitching is irritating my skin
I've had this before and it's usually nylon thread. Does anyone else have this and can recommend similar, warm tops

I much prefer the M&S version, I think it's heatgen, the fabric feels much softer and nicer than the uniqlo ones

I am gradually, as I can afford it, replacing my Uniqlo thermals with silk ones from Patra or Lands End. Very warm, never sweaty, never itchy. And they feel very light weight on. There are often offers which bring the price down, and they last for years.
