I struggle with strappy heels, so I'm thinking block heeled ankle boots but prob with black tights? Dunno.

Also, no ideas on accessories / jacket / wrap etc. I only have tomorrow to shop - help meeeeeeeeeeee! Grin

Can you help me style this for a wedding please?

Block heels might make it too work-wear. I would try a kitten heel in black.
Dress is quite loud so simple accessories. Faux fur coat or jacket? Simple black or metalic clutch bag

I think rather than black tights, definitely nude tights or better still bare legs if you can cope with the cold!

WhoKnewBeefStew · 16/11/2019 18:00

Love the dress! Yes, I'd go for black thick tights and maybe some smart, high ankle boots

BackforGood · 16/11/2019 18:02

Block heeled ankle boots doesn't say 'wedding' to me.
You need court shoes really, I'd have thought, and nude tights a pp said.

BloodyHateBeingAWoman · 16/11/2019 18:03

I agree to nude legs, I'm normally a black tights girl but I think the model looks stunning with nude legs!

Chewbecca · 16/11/2019 18:08

I’d go with the boots, shoes would make it much less modern.
You don’t need a jacket or wrap IMO.

Thanks all. Wedding is in one venue, so hopefully no going outside required.

Agree about black tights/boots making it look a bit worky, but I'm a big lass and nude tights will make my legs look really sausagey.

Gah. Wedding dress stress when it's not even my wedding!

Might go shopping tomorrow - has anyone picked anything lovely up for a winter occasion recently? (Size 18/20)

I wouldnt wear boots and tights to a wedding tbh. I'd rather get some instant tan on the legs and wear heels(and I hate going bare legged) but each to their own.

The dress is fine though OP and I doubt anyone will be looking anyway- how much do you realistically scrutinise other guests outfits (or anyone other than the bride), so given the fact it's cold I'd just wear what is comfiest and save the money!

I think you could wear an ankle boot. Shock suggestion, but would you wear red opaques? I have a black beaded pashmina. Ancient now but still useful.
