Volumising styling hair products

I have fine straight hair and around this time of the year they just go limp and sad with all this moisture.
Can you wise women recommend a great styling product that will help volumise, hold their shape after styling and keep it looking shiny? Or am I asking for a unicorn?

I posted similar last week. My hunt has brought me to this, reviews are great and first wash has quite impressed me. Leaves hair a strange greasy texture but I can cope with that if it looks good as it doesn't look greasy!
