Grippy boots that are suitable for work

Hi all, I get very paranoid about slipping when it's snowy, and I feel like we're due a bit of snow this winter seeing as we haven't had any for a while. I'd like to preemptively get some sturdy boots that I can wear to work (we have a casual dress code but obviously I'd like to have boots that are suitable for indoor wear, I don't want to bring shoes in with me to change into as already have too much to carry.

I've seen these in M&S which look great but don't have a grippy sole which I have to have: www.marksandspencer.com/leather-buckle-detail-ankle-boots/p/clp60186476?extid=ps_gglpla_Women&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=CjwKCAiAzanuBRAZEiwA5yf4uv7qVuMLkXq7D14hrC4sVVMgqgALfZKZBgq9BpmiEF08ANgkuAJF_RoCdRUQAvD_BwE

Anyone seen anything suitable? Thanks!

Something like this will go over shoes or boots and you just remove indoors....www.<a class="break-all" href="https://amazon.co.uk/Grippers-Traction-Crampon-Spikers-Climbing/dp/B0784LD3LM/ref=mp_s_a_1_2_sspa?psc=1&keywords=snow%20grips%20for%20shoes%20and%20boots&sprefix=snow%20grips&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFLUFFCUlVGQTdKQzYmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA1NDA3MTQxSThTRTk5UUUwR0ZCJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA1MzMyNjQyWEpOS0dKWEo1RFNIJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfcGhvbmVfc2VhcmNoX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU%3D&qid=1573575577&sr=8-2-spons&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-style-and-beauty-3741786-Grippy-boots-that-are-suitable-for-work" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">amazon.co.uk/Grippers-Traction-Crampon-Spikers-Climbing/dp/B0784LD3LM/ref=mp_s_a_1_2_sspa?keywords=snow+grips+for+shoes+and+boots&qid=1573575577&sprefix=snow+grips&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFLUFFCUlVGQTdKQzYmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA1NDA3MTQxSThTRTk5UUUwR0ZCJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA1MzMyNjQyWEpOS0dKWEo1RFNIJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfcGhvbmVfc2VhcmNoX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

That's quite a link, sorry!

I have a very similar search going on at the moment - I have bad balance so need good grip. I find the crampon type things work ok on snow or ice, but as soon as you are on a smooth surface like cleared pavements/floors in shops/bus floors they become super slidy. I find a rubber sole the best, and have been on the search since my last pair gave up the ghost. I have bought a pair of these: www.eccoshoesuk.com/ecco-soft-7-tred-w/p9335 for the colder weather, but am also looking for a pair that I can use to walk to work but that aren't super warm/clumpy once I am there. Some of the Ecco ones I looked at had plastic soles that looked like they were going to slide (confirmed by the helpful lady in the shop).

I have found some good options from Josef Seibel - I have ordered these: josefseibel.co.uk/collections/waterproof/products/josef-seibel-josefine-54 and they are almost right, but a bit too loose round the ankle. I am going to try these next: josefseibel.co.uk/collections/waterproof/products/josef-seibel-josefine-53 - a lot of the boots on there have good rubber soles and a good amount are waterproof too.

The only soles I find that are totally slip proof are Dr Martens , hence I currently have 5 different styles !
