What would you pair with this?

I need some help, got a couple of christmas parties coming up, not super formal ones.

I've found this blazer which i love, was thinkinging of teaming with black skinny jeans but can not for the life of me find a top or boots that i think would work.

For reference I'm a size 20, broad shoulders, 5ft 9 so find a lot of tops come up too short on me.

Boot wise i cannot do big herls, ideslly a chunky wedge or reasonably flat? HELP
