Am I being picky? Barbour coat

I bought a Barbour Beadal coat from Surfdome 3 weeks ago. The stitching has came undone in a few places but mainly on the pocket. There’s threads hanging from the cuffs and the front of the coat.

Do I send it back or do I send it to Barbour go be fixed? Or is it expected?

I’m gutted, Iv slimmed down to finally be able to buy one and I’m abit upset about it.

3 weeks? It's not fit for purpose. Send it back and get a refund/exchange.

Then again, if you got it on sale/are concerned that it might be tricky to get an exchange then it might be worth ringing Barbour to find out if they'll repair it for free, (as they ought) considering it's basically brand new.

I’m going to ring Barbour later, I emailed Surfdome and they said to send it back for a refund but they are out of stock in my size, and it seems difficult to buy the size I need anywhere 😩
