Does this coat exist?

Need to find a coat for DD, who is 12 but smallish for her age.

Needs to fold or squash down small to fit in her school bag (no locker).

Warmer than a pac-a-mac for the winter.

A plain dark colour to abide with schooliform rules but I'd like a reflective strip or something as she will sometimes be walking home in the dark.

Lastly, not going to break the bank.

Surely if anyone can find this coat, it's the MN hive mind!

TIA

Does it need to be waterproof. I think its actually 2 coats.

A down puffer, either uniqlo ultra light down (£30 ish) or warmer but more expensive tog 24 (£80 ish). But neither of these are waterproof and neither have a reflective strip. Both will be a good warm layer and pack down small. Some of the tog 24 coats pack so incredibly small they pack into their own chest pocket. So incredibly useful.

Then a waterproof over the top for proper wet days. Tresspass, peter storm (their pack a parkas if you can get them) theres an amazon brand thats quite good too. Im not sure if any have a reflective strip though...

Are there no cloakroom hooks? How can DC carry a coat around all day? M&S have ok puffa coats. Reflective strip might be problematic. Wear a reflective bib or sew on reflective strips?

Thanks. Sorry, should have said, ideally want waterproof (it rains a lot in this part of the country). No lockers and nowhere to hang coats. Apparently most kids just don't wear coats but DD is happy to wear one as she feels the cold and doesn't care about following the crowd!
