Men’s slippers - Mahabis?

I need your help fellow mumsnetters!

Bought DH some mahabis slippers last year. He absolutely loves them, despite the fact that the sole started coming off after only a few months of normal wear. He’s gaffer-taped them up and is still wearing them...
I’d like to get him a new pair for Xmas but there’s no way I’m forking out another £50 for slippers that won’t last 6 months, SO - can anyone recommend a similar style?
I think he likes them so much because they’re not too hot.

But if he likes mahabis, then ive seen them in tkmaxx a few times

Take a look at Camper Wabi.

Also recommending Camper. I bought my DH his last year for Christmas and they look like new despite being worn every day.

He says they're comfortable and that they don't look like old man slippers (his only stipulation to me) and I liked all the different colour combinations. Cheaper than mahabis too, although still more expensive than your usual high street slippers

I have some Andres Machado ones from Amazon that have held up well since I got them in April or thereabouts.

I had some mahabis that the soles started coming off - emailed mahabis and they sent me a brand new pair. Also, the rubber outer sole you can get with them does a good job of holding them together as well as making them more hard wearing.

Should have said the AM ones I have are similar to mahabis - felt with a non detachable rubber sole

@Pumpkintopf I did contact mahabis but all they offered me was 10% off my next pair!

I think they may have offered me that initially and I emailed back and said they weren't fit for purpose if they broke that quickly, with a pic... I agree, it's not great especially given their price!

Haflinger slippers every time.

Wouldn't waste my cash on mahabis again.

I like my Mahabis, and have had them since they launched. I did stick the rubber soles in place permanently though.
