The best lengthening (not volume) waterproof mascara please?

I love and use benefit rollerlash - wondered if there is better out there x

I'm not sure if this fits the 'not volume' bill but I've just discovered the best mascara I've ever tried on Sali hughes' recommendation - Collection Lash Surge waterproof mascara. My lashes are short and pale, it makes them look great, much longer, and it does not shift all day. I have greasy hooded lids and almost all mascaras, even waterproof, smudge on me, not this one. Really cheap too.

Ah, I was coming on to recommend Roller Lash!

Have you tried L'Oréal Telescopic? That's quite good.
