Really warm, stylish / sleek coat ?

Hi
I'm looking for a really really warm coat, thigh length approximately, that is not too puffy so I don't look like the 'Michelin Man', especially as I'm only 5'4.

Using for day to day around, work and dog walks. Waterproof preferred.

Where should I look?
