Last minute black tie outfit- help!

Hi all - just discovered that a dinner I'm going to at the weekend is black tie - so I need something to wear!

I have some black sparkly trousers that might work, but I'd need to find a top to go with them.

Or i need a nice dress.

I need a size 20.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm near quite a few shops but somewhere that does speedy delivery would be ideal.

Also shoes - I can't walk in heels - any nice flat shoes around??
