I have just done a keratin treatment on my hair. I usually go swimming once a week as part of my fitness routine. Is this now a no go? I usually wear a hat but my hairline always gets wet and my hair does get a bit wet all over.
I did think about not doing the treatment but in the end having glossy hair won.
Anyone go swimming with a keratin treatment. I'm worried the chlorine will wreck it.
