Spanx leather leggings

Hi...I was hoping for some advice regarding the Spanx leather leggings?

After trying the ASOS leather leggings I have decided to invest in the Spanx faux leather leggings. All the reviews are amazingly positive!

Any further reviews on these would be appreciated!!

But I am mainly asking about size? I am a size 10 (hoping to slim down a little further). Should I be getting the M or S? Also, I am 5'6 and prefer jeans etc to end at my ankle rather than bunch up at my feet...should I get regular or petite?

Just asked the same question on the other leather leggings thread. I am same.size as you and looks like we need a small but I'd appreciate more options too.

I am an 8-10 and wear a small. They sit on my ankle- I normally wear with trainers, I am 5ft 7, so only an inch taller- don’t think you’d need petite

I’m an 8-10 and got small. They roll over on my waist when I sit down which is slightly annoying but otherwise they are great.
Any tips on styling them?

I have 4 pairs of Spanx in the faux leather and the 3 pairs in the jean styles
I go for medium and they fit me perfectly
I wear mine with fly London ankle boots and knee high boots and a long line t shirt or jumper
Both pairs of boots have a wedge style heels

I'm 5'5 and 10-12 and got the regular medium in Spanx. As I posted on the other thread, these Calzedonia ones are almost identical and half the price. I haven't washed them yet but seriously, I couldn't tell much difference from the spanx. I was expecting to be blown away by the spanx and when I wasn't, I decided to take them back because I couldn't justify the price. Then I found these which were much cheaper, even more so in Spain where I live.

I still don't know if a M or S is best...I'm 62kg and 5'6...what do you guys think? I'm a size 10 but def not a small size 10 on my bottom half...but I don't want the leggings to sag 🙈

I'm 5'5 and 60kg and the woman in Calzedonia told me it should be an effort to get them on so I got the S and they're perfect. Not sure I'd have squeezed into an S in the Spanx though.

ok, so I picked up the medium from Next today, and to be honest, they fit fine. So, I'm 5'6, a small UK10, 56kg. Probably a 9 if it existed in truth and an 8 fits me in places like Toast if that helps.

The medium fit just felt like all my other leggings, not too tight or too loose, nice and high waisted. Being Spanx, are they supposed to feel tighter or more supportive, I've never used control underwear? I have the regular and there was a bit of ruching at the bottom and I have quite long legs.

There's a 7-8 week wait on the Small from Next and I have vouchers with them so I'd rather stick with ordering from there, and I am still torn as I'm never usually a medium anywhere...I know thats a ridiculous thing to say but most others on these threads seem to like a Small and are possibly bigger than me. Not much help am I!

I am also 5’5” and weigh 52kg. The small are really tight on me, I have to haul them up.

So you are probably not over 40 but I think the tips on this are pretty ageless.

GenevaMaybe The small possibly sounds too small then? That's why I asked about the control aspect of it, the medium on me feels like a normal leggings, but being Spanx, are they supposed to be tighter, to do the holding everything in thing?

I've had the rolling down - well up - on some M&S thermal tops that were too small and tight, so I wonder whether that's an indication they are too small as well?

I’m 5ft 6 73 killos and I wear a medium in all of the spanks jeans and faux leather leggings

There is a slight ruching at the ankles on the leather ones but not on the jean ones
The small ones are incredibly tiny I couldn’t even get them over my knees

Mine fit like a second skin there is no looseness in them at all
I literally wear mine every day as I have 7 pairs of them 😂
