Large pores - recommendations for foundation and skincare

Over the last few months my combination skin has erupted with large pores on my forehead, nose, and the sides of my nose and mouth/cheeks. No spots or blackheads, skin is otherwise clear.

My current foundation, L’Oreal Infallible, looks terrible and I can no longer wear it. I use Olay Regenerist moisturiser, and various different cleansers.

Can anyone recommend a new foundation and skincare products to help reduce the appearance of the large pores please? Looking for reasonably priced products.

Nivea do a pore refining day cream which is £9 in asda and I'm impressed! I've always had large pores on my nose but after a week of regular use I'm noticing a big difference.

What does a large or small pore look like please?

L'oreal BB nude is good on it's own but even better with Bourjous primer. Primers in general help with this.

Indeed bakuchiol resurface pads are amazing, boots do them and sometimes have a 3 for 2 offer

I've just bought salicylic acid so hope it works

I would definitely wear a primer under your foundation if you don't already, that really helps with pores.
I currently use clinique universal primer (white tube) and that has helped with my pores, plus I have oily skin and it keeps it matte.
I know many who also rave about benefits pore refining primer, although I haven't tried it myself.

What’s helped with the pores on my nose is to use an oil cleanser. I use it every morning, wash it off with a warm wet face cloth and then moisturise. I wash my face once a week with a gentle exfoliating face wash.

They look dramatically different and I think it’s slowing down my wrinkles

Yes, Benefits pore refining primer is great. Sadly, tiny tube and quite pricey. Worth it though.
