Fat freezing....does it work?

Has anyone had fat freezing done and does it work? Were you happy with the results and were they noticeable?

Following this because I'm considering getting my post kids love handles done. No matter how much weight I lose, I always keep a bit of a muffin top/love handle and I hate it.

What is it?

I know someone who had a few sessions and it worked for her, she has changed lifestyle though and now goes to the gym etc but I imagine if you didn’t the fat would soon return
