Hi I use this! My mum brings it back me for me regularly as parents have a house in Andalucia. What strength do you have? Top tip is go lightly at first, use it every few days and only at nighttime. You'll need to up your SPF year round through the daytime too. You'll actually wonder after a couple of weeks why you are bothering as your skin will start to flake and may redden a little, but persevere. I see the most benefit to areas of pigmentation and uneven skin tone on my cheeks. Don't use it anywhere near your mouth or eyes. Lots of advice about retinoids online - it really is miraculous stuff! I understand Reterides (or equivalent) is only available privately in the UK via consultant dermatologists, appointments with whom are very expensive.

Its good! I have the 0.1% cream which is highest strength they have but I have been using it for over 10 years. Just start off slowly, every few days, and dont be afraid to mix with moisturiser until your skin is used to it. If not you will react with dryness or flakiness.

I use it too. You'll find more information on using it if you look up tretinoin. It's the same thing.

Oh and don’t use it after you’ve washed until your skin is totally dry

I agree everything that's been said, I get mine in spain too. There is YouTube blogger a dermatologist I can't remember her name, could be Dr grey, she goes into detail on how good it is, that and spf she says that's all we need to look after your skin.

And moisturiser.
