So have taken delivery today and they are a bit snug! Do they give?

I have other docs in a 6.5 but they feel too big so I down sized but now think should I have gone a bit bigger! My 6.5’s are leather.

Experiences please 😊

The patent DMs are harder to break in apparently.
I have tried polished leather ones and my normal size was too big even with insoles and the nearest size down too small.
I would send them back.

I have no idea sorry but wanted to say they're lovely and I'm jealous!

I have a patent pair of the classic boots- they are BASTARDS.

I’ve worn them well for well over 70hours in total and they’re still nowhere near being broken in. I’ve tried them with thick socks, two pairs, thin socks and they just refuse to soften, leaving my poor heels in tatters.

Apparently this isn’t uncommon. It’s a shame being I love how they look 😭

I've got a pair of glitter DM's I am struggling with.. Don't suppose anyone has managed to break them in? How?

Softpebbles · 30/10/2019 21:02

Oh crikey. I’m torn now. Will try again tomorrow and may send back. My leather ones I never had any trouble. However they are a bit big 🤦‍♀️
