Midi dress advice pls

I’m feeling fat! Can you point me in the direction of a mididress that:

• has no waist (my stomach is where I most feel it

• is not high necked (have broad shoulders so high round neck makes me look like a boxer and not in a good way)

• I can wear with trainers

• does not need to be dry cleaned

M&S have quite a few relaxed midi dresses. Trainers would be ok with them. Not checked washing instructions but M&S are not often dry clean.
