Which la Roche posay products should I use please?

Tried the ordinary and not that happy with them. On here I read about the la Roche b5 cream thingy and I love it for healing spots. I need a moisterisor. Which one do I use as there seems to be loads in that range? My skin can be sensitive and get dry patches at times but also spots. Joy.

Can anyone help?

I love Cicaplast too. I have similar skin type and have been using the Hydreane Light moisturiser for a few weeks and no spots. I use it on top of a serum and/or Hada Labo (hyaluronic acid) otherwise I think it might not be quite rich enough on its own.

I have the cicaplast b5 gel/moisturiser for face, it’s great

Maybe the Toleriane Nuit? It's for sensitive skin but has niacinamide in which I think is good for spots.

I tried the nianicide thingy from the ordinary and it gave me loads of little tiny spots so I stopped?

chickeny so is that a moisturising version of the Cicaplast baume b5 balm?

I’m trying not to add too many products so I know what does and doesn’t work. I have no idea what serum I would use!

Effaclar duo is amazing if your skin can tolerate it. My acne is hormonal so it doesn’t stop spots but they are smaller and shrink quicker after I started using this. Make sure you moisturise well though as it’s strong stuff

It’s the moisterisor that I need help with too, do any in the range actually hyrdrate and not clog pores?

The b5 gel is non comedogenic (does not clog pores)

I swear by effaclar duo, I don't remember a day that I haven't used it. It's been years.
