Snag Tights - should I size up or down?

Have heard good things and am about to order my first lot. Size wise am right on the cusp of a C and a D... do they come up big or small? Thanks everyone.

Big in my experience! Size down, in fact my first snag order was too big. I love the tights so much though.

Interested to hear what other say.

They recommend sizing down.
