Do you have a jacket?

What would it look like with the top untucked?

Cleverplayonwords · 26/10/2019 17:46

I don't like it at all, sorry. You have a nice figure, I'd wear a dress if I was you.

Ginger1982 · 26/10/2019 17:48

Not for an all day guest.

thefootofourstairs · 26/10/2019 17:49

Ok thanks that helps , a dress it is then .

It looks too casual .

MrsMaiselsMuff · 26/10/2019 17:52

The blouse is terrible. The trousers could be part of a lovely outfit. A dress would be easier.

(You have a great figure.)

thefootofourstairs · 26/10/2019 17:55

In what way terrible ? What would work with the trousers ( not for wedding ) ?

It depends on how formal the wedding is. I love the blouse, where did you get it from?

thefootofourstairs · 26/10/2019 18:00

The blouse is this one m.sezane.com/en/product/autumn-collection/priscille-blouse?cou_Id=2972

No sorry. Looks a bit work like. What dresses do you have?

thatwasMauijustmessingaround · 26/10/2019 18:11

I like the outfit but agree it's a bit too workwearish for a wedding! However, if I reallllllly didn't want to buy something new, I'd just go for it! Love the shoes btw!

thefootofourstairs · 26/10/2019 18:12

none , i will have to order some to try . maybe asos or chi chi london ?

jazzandh · 26/10/2019 18:16

I like the blouse and the shoes, I think the trousers look too casual. A long lighter coloured wide legged trouser or long line skirt - with a high waist may work and look pretty.

thefootofourstairs · 26/10/2019 18:23

The trousers still have the tag on , ive had them 3 years Shock
never known really how to wear them !

verysadstorync · 26/10/2019 18:25

The trousers would look good with a pussy bow blouse. Perhaps a cream satin one?

Sooverthemill · 26/10/2019 18:25

I like both items but it doesn't feel very wedding to me. Sorry.

Ziraphale · 26/10/2019 18:27

I wouldn't wear this.

The top doesn't go with the trousers, the trousers don't fit you properly, they don't go with the shoes and none of these pieces are wedding appropriate.

You'd look beautiful in something classic and a-line, with a bra that fits and supports you. You've got a lovely hourglass shape and smooth lines with a fit and flare shape would look elegant and classic.

Here are some ideas of things that I think would suit you :

Love the first one. I might buy one of those. Hate the second.

thefootofourstairs · 26/10/2019 20:14

what do you think of this one ? www.next.co.uk/style/st232634#176074

I think it looks fab!

Ziraphale · 26/10/2019 20:21

That next dress is gorgeous, very classic.

MidgetRed · 26/10/2019 20:27

I love the trousers and shoes combo. I would get a black silk cami and a navy longline blazer/jacket with a glamorous long necklace and it would be vvv french 😊
