Foundation & concealer question

Which should you put on first?

Apparently foundation first, concealer second. But this has always seemed wrong to me so I continue to do it the other way around!

I always put the concealer first - let it settle a bit before applying foundation.

I use cream concealer and powder foundation so I prefer to use concealer first.

I do foundation first then concealer on top but often use my foundation brush to blend the concealer so there are no hard lines.

I find that if I do concealer first, when I put the foundation on it seems to 'pull' the concealer off (using Beauty Blender), so I do foundation first, then conceal, light powdering and spritz of setting spray.
