I have searched and searched and read the threads on here and still can't find the right trainers. Anyone help please?

I am looking for black leather trainers with black soles or very little white on them. Funky and fashionable without being too chunky to wear with jeans and skirts and dresses. Oh and they need to be comfortable too.

Suggestions please?

By what you are describing I would go with Puma trainers (the flat ones with a bow) you may be able to get them in that colour.

Otherwise try online boutiques for the "girly" trainers. Bowsboutique is pricey for what it is but you might find some on there.

If you like the "running" style trainers. I can suggest loads but it don't sound like what you are looking for.

I love my Nike Airmax 95s, I have them in all black leather and tonal red/pink suede. They are the comfiest trainers I've ever owned (and I have over 20 pairs Blush ) I wear them at work where I'm on my feet for 10 hour shifts, and I have arthritis in one big toe joint so finding good, comfortable shoes is important. They are chunky, but that's what's 'trendy' now, I wear them with everything and see plenty of other women doing the same all over London.

I just got the ecru of these and they are a lot more off white than they look but think I’ll keep them

I recently bought these Adidas Continental 80s. They're super comfortable without obvious branding. They do a smooth black leather as well as the rough.
