...and want to show off your weight loss but not your tummy...which dress for Christmas nights out?

Size 10/12 petite 5 foot with post c section overhang and good legs thanks to walking 15000 steps a day!

Budget £40 or less as may only be worn a couple of times over Christmas.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

I am the same size as you and also have an overhang. I just avoid dresses that are too clingy and I find A line dresses unflattering as well. For me long or midi dresses work better, or maybe a pleated skirt with a cami tucked in rather than a dress?

Wrap around dress definitely. You can get some really lovely ones ranging from casual to very dressed up and they are SO flattering, no matter what size actually.

Mini tunic style dress

I have some shape cycling shorts from tkmax that are good for smoothing a belly. As long as they’re not too tight they’re comfortable to wear, then you can wear what you like !
