What shoes to wear with mini skirt for work?

What shoes can I wear with a mini skirt and tights to work? Ideally flat or very tiny heel. At the moment I just wear my skechers but looking for something a little more glam! When I wear small heels I find with my tights they keep slipping off so ideally would need laces or straps, anything to stop them slipping off

Flat boots, brogues, flatform brogues, lace up boots,, loafers. Depends on the look you're going for. Actually I find footwear with minis (though my minis aren't very short anymore) easier than with midi. Pretty much anything goes because there's enough leg to take it iykwim.
