I’m using Poppy Austin’s hyaluranic acid serum at the moment and I’ve nearly run out. Im umming and ahhhing about switching it up to a vitamin c based one that’s got great reviews on Amazon.

Thought it would be worth hearing about other products though.

I’m 44. Pretty good skin although can be reactive to harsh ingredients.

There was a thread yesterday with the same questions. Recommendations for Vit C were Garden of Wisdom and Vichy.

I use the Frankincense serum from Neal’s Yard Organic Remedies and, at night, the Beauty Sleep Concentrate - both natural products and no chemicals or parabens. My skin is looking so much better since I’ve been using natural products!

Ah sorry I didn’t see that. I shall go and see what recommendations there were xx

Lidl Q10 one. Absolutely brilliant and about £3.

Lidl Q10 serum is amazing.

What do you want it to do OP? Serums are for targeted treatments usually. Is there a particular problem you want to address like dehydration or pigmentation or do you just want something that feels lovely on?

Same age and similar skin
I use Caudalíe vinoperfect
radiance serum complexion correcting

It’s very balancing and not to much for me.
I’ve done the first bottle and will definitely repurchase.

I suppose I’d like it to help with fine lines around my eyes but I’m realistic to know that that’s probably a pipe dream. So otherwise improve the texture, as I age my pores are more visible. Just something that adds some radiance.

I use an acid toner and a retinol. I’m late thirties and these are hands down the most effective things in my routine for making me look younger.

I grabbed the Aldi one a few weeks ago as I was killing time in the aisle of shite and it is fantastic.

I've only used it for two weeks but my skin is so smooth and I have definitely noticed a reduction in fine lines plus my make up seems to go on much better.

My skin is liking Aldi Q10 £2.99 at the moment. Skin texture and fine lines seem to be improved and my skin is smoother. I've used significantly more expensive products from Clarins and Espa in the past, and actually prefer the Aldi one.
