Emergency smart teen outfit!

I am a useless parent.
We have a smart family dinner on Friday evening (hotel restaurant), which DD13 has nothing to wear for. She won't wear a dress, and any skirt has to be paired with leggings and smartish grey trainers, but she would prefer trousers.
Any ideas for an outfit with next day delivery?!!! Help!

I had to buy my 12yo a smart black top and skirt for concert dress at the weekend. We ended up in New Look, which had dozens of smart black tops. She chose this but there were loads that would go ok with leggings/trousers and trainers.
