Cheap tubing mascara?

The only mascara that has ever worked for me is Estée Lauder double wear. All the others I've tried (including some cult favourites) smudge on my hooded lids.

Having recently learned about tubing mascaras, I'm finding it difficult to identify which ones are tubing. Does anyone have a recommendation for a high street tubing mascara? Am on SMP so can't justify £24 on a mascara right now!

Those asking what a tubing mascara is, it's a polymer that effectively shrink wraps your lashes. It comes off with warm water. I like the loreal one and tend to use it over regular volumising mascara.
