Reuseable cotton pad replacement for micellar water/make up remover?

Any recommendations for reuseable pads to replace cotton pads for micellar water? I’ve got a stash of cheeky wipes which are fine as flannels but the texture is all wrong for micellar water. I’d rather have something light coloured as I quite like to see all the guns that comes off

Thanks!

I have some from cheeky wipes that are white so you can see what comes off. I use them with micellar water all the time and the texture is fine?

GreenFlamingo11 · 20/10/2019 08:31

Sorry I meant I have actual make up wipes from cheeky wipes not just normal wipes. They might be different.

I get muslin face clothes with my Liz Earle products these are great to take make up off. (Although Liz Earle sell an all in one wash off cleanser which is great. 😉) But I use the clothes for all sorts.....getting kids face paint off...lol

Holland and Barrett sell them.

I got some from ebay for about £3. They work quite well. They came with a mesh bag for washing them in.

I got a set of 16 off Amazon - I typed in reusable cotton pads (mine are blue pink and yellow as I missed the coloured cotton wool of my childhood Grin)
They are bamboo, come with a mesh bag and wash well. The coloured side is almost velvety, the reverse is like muslin. I use them with micellar water and they work well.

I also got some from eBay and I'm really happy with them.

I also got mine off Amazon, I'd buy more than you need unless you have the washing machine on daily or it becomes a pain. Etsy is a good shout too if you want to support a small business, lots of people selling handmade ones on there!

Ikea sell facecloths!

Primark sell little soft washable ones in a set of 3 for about £2. Mine are pink, white and pale grey. DD’s and I all use them.

I like the Honour Your Flow makeup wipes, the do round or semicircle ones, and colourful or undyed www.honouryourflow.co.uk/round-washable-makeup-wipes---pack-of-10-6187-p.asp

MoltoAgitato · 20/10/2019 12:36

Oh that’s great, thanks all. I don’t want flannel material ones - I’ve got loads of cheeky wipes for those, I wanted a softer material. Didn’t realise that Cheeky Wipes did the little circular lads as well - my wipes are a zillion years old!
