Hi I need a good mascara maybe waterproof black I like false eyelash effect but not claggy any good ones out there. Thanks!

Honestly look in Primark. Unused to be a benefit and lancome girl but I tried Primark one day when I needed a quick and cheap handbag replacement. They are really very good! I'll not go back now x
