Is this acne?

It's just come up this week. I don't usually have skin issues. I've used effaclar duo but it seems to have made it worse Confused

Is this acne?

It does look like acne, my skin flares up like that. I had the same with effacler. I went back to the doctors and asked for Zineryt, it really cleared it up.

I’ve tried every spot treatment going, over the counter and prescribed and zineryt has been about the best.

Thank you. Looks like a trip to the docs for me!

Yes it's acne but looking at your forehead, it does look from the photo like you have a lot of blocked pores (blackheads).
That means the effaclar could just be bringing that congestion to the surface.
In the long run, that's a good thing as it should lead to clearer, less congested skin (if you can stick with it long enough it should improve).
