Best eyelash growth serum

I'm looking for an eyelash growth serum for DD1 - I suggested using castor oil but she wasn't keen! It's a gift so am happy to buy something more 'glamorous'.

Mavala seems to have good reviews, and I've looked at the L'Oreal and Maybelline products as well. They're all around the same price - any recommendations, please?

Watching with interest.

Medication side effects have made mine very sparse Sad

Also interested to hear how it's possible for eye make-up to stay put, following the nightly application of (oily?) lash growth treatment?

Revitalash gives great results after about 3-4 weeks, and it's not oily so if you put it on at night (or even in the morning) there's no impact on your make up.

Revitalash actually works - I now have eyelashes like a Jersey cow - but it's stupidly expensive. I got mine when QVC did a TSV on a supersize tube.

If someone could confirm that Rapidlash gets the same results for 1/3 the price I'd happily swap!

I just buy organic castor oil from amazon and use that. Works as well, if not better than revitalash and costs about £7.

I second Revitalash which I also got from QVC. Yes, stupidly expensive but it seems to last a long time and after a couple of months my thin sparse lashes are so long and lush I’m always being asked if they are fake! It’s a liquid and not oily. I’ve used other cheaper brands as well as caster oil, but nothing has worked till now- wish it did, but will happily reorder as it’s the best thing I’ve ever used, beauty-wise!

I use Rapid Lash every night and wouldn't be without it - this is my second bottle / tube and its made such a difference - not sure if its made my lashes thicker but certainly very much longer. Hope that helps

Thanks all. Great to hear the positive reviews. I had been looking at products ranging between £12-15 rather than RapidLash/Revitalash as they are more expensive, but will consider those too.

I think castor oil with an appropriate applicator would be equally effective - maybe I'll try that myself first.
