What slippers do you wear with leggings?

Slipper boots tend to be very chunky - if non-chunky ones exist, they might be ideal! Or other non-chunky slippers. At the moment I have no slippers that look good with leggings, so I’d be grateful for any ideas!

Surely people just have a pair of slippers that are worn with whatever they are wearing, whether that is jeans, leggings, pyjamas or whatever?

Does it matter how good you look in slippers & leggings?

Surely only those you love see you wearing them around the house?

I love my slippers but they are fairly chunky "ugg" type slipper boots.

What about super thick socks instead like heat holders. They're fairly sline when on.

I now wear Birkenstock type footwear with socks as my feet need support and slippers do not cut it

Love those! If they made them in size 7, I'd be all over them.

I also only have one pair of slippers and don't especially care what they look like. They are furry boot ones. But if I had a different type I would also wear those with leggings and everything else.

It surely doesn't matter, does it? I mean nobody in their right mind would wear leggings and slippers outdoors for people to see. You wear that stuff indoors, don't you?

Do people really think you should have a 'look' for every occasion, including sitting round at home or to go to bed?

Just slipper boots around the house, warmth and comfort not style.

I wear my usual slippers with any outfit. They're just cute mule-type ones (like UGG ones) with stars on. Look cute with anything and are comfy. Just wear whatever slippers you want when you're at home, doesn't matter if they match with your outfit or not.

I wear knockoff Ugg type boots, sheepskin, from Costco, round the house. For getting out of bed/in and out of the shower I have grey velvet-y slip-on slippers from John Lewis.

I'm rocking these hideous bad boys today. They don't go with ANYTHING and are so ugly but they clean the floor with their little microfiber tassel things as I shuffle about the house! DH hates them 😁! And I kind of do too.

Just my normal slippers. Which don’t look good with anything as they’re pigs. Why do you what “goes” in your own house?

Nothing looks good with leggings... Leggings don't look good with leggings. If you wear leggings, why care about slippers? Just get some long socks and ruffle them down like in the 80s. They're slippers, nobody cares what they look like.

I hate anything fluffy or slippery so in summer I wear fitflops and in winter Josef Siebel Betsy clogs. Both have arch support.
