Recommendations for sore, dry eyes?

The skin around my eyes is red, dry and sore (chronically sleep deprived thanks to my 9 month old and I probably don't drink enough water) - this is a recurring problem. I've tried doublebase and E45, a Neal's Yard eye gel and the Avéne eye cream - nothing really touches it. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations? I already look knackered but this makes me look like a zombie!

I had a sample of Origins Ginzing eye cream which seemed to give mine a bit of a lift.

Vaseline or coconut oil

Kiehls avocado eye cream. Pricey but so thick. Alternatively Simple eye cream applied every hour or so.

If you don't address the fact that you're dehydrated, you'll never get this sorted. Drink more water! Not soda, not squash, water.

Lansinoh nipple cream, seriously!

Oooh thanks, good suggestions! I'll check out the Kiehls and Origins stuff (any excuse for a skincare treat) and I'll dig out the old Lasinoh. For some reason coconut oil makes my dry skin worse?! 🤷‍♀️

Aquamarine - you're right, of course, I definitely do need to drink more water. It shows so quickly on my skin - I'm 30 but I swear I look about 100 years old.

Definitely drink more water, people were talking about the magic of Vaseline recently. Hard though when you need sleep so much
