DD+ underwired smooth non-padded t-shirt bra help!

Can anyone help me with the above? I can't seem to find a simple everyday black (or nude) smooth bra that's underwired and not padded or moulded Confused

I have very high, top heavy boobs in a 34G/GG. I don't really want any lace - not even a lacy/mesh strip across the top of the cup as my boobs try to escape despite being in the correct size. Full cup t-shirt bra all the way!

You used to see these on sale everywhere - even supermarkets - but I can't find any smooth ones that aren't padded or moulded. And the non-padded ones are all lacy! I don't mind if the material is cotton or silky but it must be underwired. I don't get on with non-wired Sad

I feel like I've tried all the usual suspects. I'm on a bit of a budget and was hoping I would find a simple bra in the budget category or a twin pack but I'm losing hope
Hmm

I'm about to order a twin pack of non padded sports bras from M&S in a couple of sizes although I haven't bought bras from M&S in many years. Unfortunately they only come in 1 black/ 1 white and I dislike white bras (black is my fave).

I used to wear the Juliette bra from Figleaves but the sizing became erratic even when ordering four of the same size and I started to dislike the lace overlay.

Any help appreciated Smile

M&S twin pack:

here

I was hoping to stay away from the £30-40 end of the market as I need to replace quite a few Blush
Weirdly I couldn't find anything at Debenhams online.

I've tried Figleaves and I don't like the 2 Fantasie suggestions or the Goddard glossies.

I feel like a right fusspot! I should probably relax my requirements and include lace panels/trims as long as the bra is structured enough.

Fantasie do some nice ones. JL sell them.

Chantelle Hedona, but I'm not sure they go up to the GG cup. And they are over £40 each, but wash and wear well for three years carefully washed. Mine are 32F so it may be worth a look. They are very plain and completely unpadded.

Have you had a look at Debenhams?

marriednotdead · 14/10/2019 20:27

Sorry, missed that you had... I thought these might have fitted the bill.

If you decide you can handle padded, I've been really impressed by Debenhams DD+ Gorgeous range, specifically I've bought the one called Soft Comfort T Shirt bra - £20 each.
I've bought them in all 3 colours now.

BikeRunSki · 14/10/2019 20:41

I like this Fantasie one I have several. 34F.

Namechangenecessity · 14/10/2019 22:24

They are moulded but I really rate the John Lewis own brand t shirt bra . I am a 30F though I envy your high top heavy boobs as mine at 48 are heading south with all the weight in the bottom 🙄 . They cost £20 and if you hand wash them they last well.Worth a look maybe?

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 14/10/2019 23:06

Thank you all so much! I was beginning to go crazy Grin

I'm definitely going to order that Debenhams style in a G and GG. I've heard such good things about the Gorgeous range. I think the search may have reacted badly to the number of filters I was inputting 😂
Off to see if there's a Debenhams code floating around and click on all the other styles mentioned! I shall report back!
